Does a bot join my calls?
No. oogaAI works from inside the call, so there's no extra guest to admit. Everyone sees when notes are on, and anyone can keep their own voice out of the transcript.
Who can see the notes and transcript?
Everyone in the call sees the transcript as you talk. After the call, the host gets the notes, checks them, and sends them to the people invited and anyone who asked. Your coach card is only ever shown to you.
Can I keep my voice out of AI captions and translation?
Yes. Anyone in a call, guests included, can turn off Caption my voice before joining or in the call's settings. What you say is then never sent to the AI for captions or translation, and others see that you're not captioned. Everyone is told whenever captions are on, and nothing is saved.
Does anything get sent without me?
No. oogaAI drafts the follow-up email, the next meeting and the tasks. You send, edit or dismiss each one.
Do the people I call need OogaChat?
No. They open the link in a browser and join. They don't need an account or a plan. Only the host does.
Which browsers work?
Recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on computers, phones and tablets. Screen sharing needs a computer.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, any time. A new plan applies straight away, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for.
